“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”

Team building is the use of different types of team interventions that are aimed at enhancing social relations and clarifying team members’ roles. The purpose of team building activities is generally to foster awareness of the team spirit and to reinforce commitment to the team's shared goals and objectives. Properly applied, these activities can develop strong interpersonal relationships which help to bond the team closer together. That’s why one of the clubs of UM Panabo College had a team building activity.

Another task to build team effort and
team work.
Last December 22, 2014, Sets of Students Majoring Mathematics (SM2) had a team building at Beach View Resort, Pindasan, Compostela Valley. They depart at 7:30 in the morning. They used jeep as their vehicle and they arrived at 8:30 am. In the morning, they did an island hoping then at the afternoon they did an activities that develop their communication and trust with each other.

Basking under the sun and ...staying on water?!
Truly, this activity strengthens not only their trust with each other but also their camaraderie in their journey. In any activity they will do they know they can do it successfully because they build teamwork with each other. Truly as quoted by Michael Jordan, “ Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.”
